I had an unpleasant experience with Urban Culture Online. I had ordered the dress late at night and upon visiting the store in Roxy the next morning, I tried the dress and it didn’t look good on me at all. I called up the online store and requested a refund as they hadn’t packed my order yet and the girl I spoke to said since the payment had gone through there won’t be a refund(instead I will be issued a gift voucher) even though they hadn’t even packed my item yet. This was very disappointing and I will never buy from them ever again.
