Your clothes are lovely. I purchased the wrong size. I was not told when I asked the lady over the phone in Sydney (I’m in melb) that I’m not allowed to exchange in person.
You guys need to listen and understand this. Urban culture staff in Roxy village is horrendous. They didn’t answer and they only had one customer when I walked in. And the workers do not greet me. I’m clearly lost and need help and no help is offered. Instead I have the short black hair girl getting annoyed and giving me attitude because I’m looking at hijabs and didn’t know they were samples. I’m also bending over pregnant. This is very local to me but I won’t return to your store. Drop the attitude this isn’t how Muslim ladies should be.
